They discuss the basis of H.P. Lovecraft's novelette, the use of gore effects and how they hold up under modern lens, and the character of Herbert West being a memorable horror icon through Jeffrey Combs' performance. They also talk about the "Re-Animator" franchise, Stuart Gordon's career, among many other aspects of the film. Damian is asking if you agree that it's dead now?
